JV Structure & Terms
💰 Revenue Split
50/50 on all revenue after operating costs. No salary — both partners earn from business profits. Transparent accounting via shared dashboard.
🏢 Legal Structure
New private limited company registered in India (you can lead incorporation since you're in India). Both partners as directors. IP and domain owned by the company.
⚙️ Decision Making
Tech decisions → me. Business/operations decisions → you. Major strategic decisions → mutual agreement. No one-sided veto power.
📅 Commitment
Minimum 2-year commitment. This is not a side project — it requires consistent effort from both sides. First 6 months: build & validate. Months 6-12: scale.
Who I'm Looking For
Agri-Background Preferred
Experience in Haryana agriculture, agri-input sales, FPOs, or rural supply chain
Hindi + Local Language
Must speak Hindi and preferably a Haryanvi dialect to connect with farmers
Tech-Comfortable
You don't need to code, but should be comfortable using SaaS tools, dashboards, and social media
Entrepreneurial Mindset
This is a startup — not a job. You should be self-motivated, resourceful, and hungry to build.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to invest money?
The domain, infrastructure, and tech development are my contribution. You'll need to cover your local operating costs (travel, communication, small marketing) initially. Once revenue starts, all costs come from the business.
Can this be a part-time project?
No. The first 12 months require consistent effort to establish the platform, acquire users, and build revenue. This is a full-time commitment.
What if we disagree on direction?
We'll define clear decision rights in the partnership agreement. Tech is mine, operations are yours, strategy is joint. If we can't agree on strategy, we have a mediation clause.
What if the business fails?
No hard feelings. We close the company, divide assets per agreement. The domain stays with the company unless otherwise agreed. No personal liability beyond agreed contributions.
